Nick Stace took up his role as chief executive and secretary of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in September 2012.

The role is a new one (previously the registrar led the executive of the college), and this interview sees Nick discuss his past appointments (including a stint as director of strategic communications for ex-PM Gordon Brown) and, more importantly, his future plans for the RCVS.
