Vets are being urged to sign up for this year’s Vet Charity Challenge to help raise money for animal charities Canine Partners, SPANA and International Cat Care.
The Vet Charity Challenge is a one-day event for teams of four, which pulls together a series of physical tasks with puzzle-solving challenges.
Working in teams, participants tackle a course of walking or running, cycling and kayaking.
During the past three years the challenge has raised more than £100,000 for a variety of animal charities.
The challenge is on September 26 at Cannock Chase in Staffordshire and the number of team places is limited so booking early is highly recommended.
Kirsty Wills-Mace, from 2014 team 3 Birds and a Fella, said: “The challenge is awesome fun, with the really important goal of trying to raise as much money as possible for the supported charities.
“Anyone can have a go, and the day is a great opportunity to get to know your team mates better and really gel.”
