Registration has opened for the Scottish BSAVA congress, which takes place in St Andrews from May 8-10.
The timetable has also been devised and the principal speakers have been announced. This year’s principal speakers are Andrew Mackin and Ronan Doyle.

He was a lecturer in small animal medicine at the Edinburgh’s Royal Dick for four years before going Mississippi State in 1998. Dr Mackin’s areas of research include haematology, haemostasis and transfusion medicine.
