Delegates at London Vet Show were surprised when couture-clad models invaded one of the lecture theatres before strutting their stuff around the exhibition hall.

The unexpected flashmob was on-hand to reiterate the “substance over style” message of Bayers’ flea and tick collar, Seresto.

Seresto isn’t outwardly flash – in fact, Bayer claims its beauty comes from its simple design and uncompromising effectiveness, offering dogs and cats up to eight months protection against fleas and ticks and reducing the risk of vector-borne diseases.

The four catwalk-ready models graced the aisles of the lecture hall to Madonna’s Vogue during the conference lunch hour, before being joined by dance troupe Plague, who showed off their dance skills on stage.

The entire entourage then relocated to Bayers’ “Winter Wonderland” hospitality area and delegates were given the opportunity to have their photo taken with the models, as well as find out more about the benefits of Seresto.

Bayer’s Seresto product manager said: “The key objective of the flashmob was to remind vets of the Seresto ‘Substance over Style’ message in a smart, fun and humorous way and communicate that Seresto provides long term peace of mind.”
