The 2015 timetable for Onswitch’s new training bus has been released for booking, covering towns and cities around the UK on a quarterly rolling timetable.
Now due a well-earned rest, the original Onswitch training bus, known affectionately as Bertha, is making way for Bertha II – a brand new, custom-fitted luxury mobile training venue, complete with leather seats, air conditioning and kitchenette.
The 2015 schedule features Onswitch’s “Five steps telephone skills” training (along with specific dates for equine practice) as well as the company’s “Seven steps consult skills” days.
In addition, and new for 2015, “Dealing with difficult situations” training has been added, by popular demand.
Alison Lambert, managing director, said: “We understand one of the most challenging parts of veterinary practice is bridging the gap between a client’s prior expectations and their actual experience.
Occasionally, a team’s service falls short, sometimes clients have unrealistic demands and all too often the bill leads to misunderstandings that can boil over into anger and frustration.
“That’s why we have developed this new one-day session, packed with practical tips for preventing and diffusing difficult situations.”
