The south-east region of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) is planning a CPD event with a culinary flavour.

Wolfgang Dohne to talk at BSAVA south east region event.

Taking place on February 10, the event aims to recognise the growing importance of smartphone applications in companion animal practice.

The venue for the evening event will be a cookery school where speakers Julian Hoad and Wolfgang Dohne will take delegates though a tour of apps of veterinary interest, which can be used with and without additional equipment.

Interactive talks will be combined with cooking demonstrations and tasting sessions by Catherine Thorin, a French cordon bleu chef, who will prepare quick yet tasty small dishes ideally suited for the busy lifestyle of veterinary households.

This is a free event for all BSAVA members (£20 for non-members) as it is being sponsored by Merial, Virbac, Ceva and VetDirect.

Places are limited and registration is on a strictly “first come, first served” basis via or the BSAVA website.
