About this course

We have recently started to offer hypohysectomy at Langford Veterinary Services as a treatment for pituitary masses or microadenomas. This lecture will discuss the indications for surgery and how to weight it up its relative benefits and disadvantages versus non-surgical management when faced with dogs suffering from pituitary dependant hyperadrenocroticism or signs or a large pituitary mass.
