This course is about wellbeing and using practical techniques to create a positive atmosphere within yourself, in the people around you and in the practice as a whole. It will highlight the link between positivity, motivation and profit, while asking searching questions about the balance between what we ask of ourselves and what is right for us.
The course presents the current research on the state of the veterinary profession and how this may link into impacts on individuals, the practice and business health. It will help you identify key motivators in yourself and others and teach you a range of skills to increase overall, individual happiness.
