A charity is searching for veterinary surgeons who want to gain “valuable professional and life experience” by helping to manage the welfare of street animals in its busy animal hospital in Rajasthan, India.

A volunteer feeds street dogs a the TOLFA animal hospital. The Tree of Life for Animals (TOLFA) is offering this amazing opportunity to two qualified veterinary surgeons with at least 2 years experience, who can commit to a minimum period of 3 months – although longer periods would be welcomed.

Although the charity does not have the funds to provide a salary for volunteers, it will cover the cost of accomodation in a beautiful hotel set amongst the ancient Aravali mountains and provide travel to and from the hospital. Volunteers would be based in the picturesque sleepy town of Pushkar.

For further information visit the charity’s website at www.tolfa.org.uk – which explains all about the work the charity undertakes – or contact rachel@tolfa.org.uk
