A six-hour CPD series on canine laryngeal disorders, hosted and presented by small animal soft tissue expert Dick White, has been added to VetAcademy’s online CPD archives.

Laryngeal Disorders in the Dog offers a comprehensive overview of larynx anatomy and function.

Modules incorporate 3D animations to highlight internal views of animal functional anatomy and illustrate procedures.

The CPD series features on Vetstream’s Vetacademy service which hosts online videos in partnership with major CPD providers.

Vetstream managing director Dr G Mark Johnston commented: “These modules bring CPD to a whole new level. The use of 3D videos, combined with case presentations, makes them engaging and easier to follow, helping subscribers learn more effectively.

“Dick White is one of Europe’s leading small animal soft tissue surgeons and his experience makes the series a ‘must view’ for those interested in developing their knowledge of the diagnosis and differentiation of laryngeal disorders in the dog, the surgical and medical management of these conditions and Dick White’s own laryngeal ‘tie-back’ procedure.”
