Dubbed by organisers as the “veterinary sector’s customer experience event of the year”, the congress features three CPD streams: equine, pet and leadership.

Expert speakers

With three sessions in each stream, expert speakers will share practical tips and tools to help practices deliver the best customer experience to clients.

Delegates attending all three streams will also hear two customer experience specialists from outside the field of animal care: Fred Sirieix, Maître d’ on Channel 4’s First Dates and general manager of Galvin at Windows in Park Lane, London; and Elizabeth Stokoe, professor of social interaction at Loughborough University.

The congress is aimed at anyone involved in customer care – reception teams, nurses, managers and vets.

Ticket prices start at £185 and include a hot and cold two-course buffet, tea and coffee breaks throughout the day, congress bag, workbook and a CPD certificate.
