Royal Canin is hosting its first web symposium, designed to guide vets and vet nurses through the effective management and treatment of dermatological cases.
Taking place on Thursday February 26, the free online event will have three sessions running in tandem for vets and vet nurses to choose from “Treatment of atopic dermatitis in dogs: what’s new?”; “Creating and selling a dermatology service in a first opinion practice”; and “Homemade diets, selected or hydrolysed proteins: all alike?”.
Participants can select to join the discussions at either 8am or 7pm. Sessions will be delivered by three presenters: Thierry Olivry based in the USA, and French specialists Philippe Baralon and Yann Queau. Participants can send their questions to the speakers in advance.
Ian Williams, Royal Canin’s veterinary support manager, said: “An estimated one in four of all veterinary consultations are in response to a patient with skin disease.
“Royal Canin is aiming to guide vets through the challenges of dermatological illnesses with these three sessions that will deliver expert opinion and practical guidance to vets, vet nurses and their practice colleagues “With three sessions to choose from, it’s a webinar not to be missed.”
