With review results for local businesses now being displayed in google search results, Vet Help Direct has launched a widget that allows reviews to be left on vet practice websites, making it easy for the vet’s regular, happy clients to contribute.
The Vet Reviews widget optimises reviews for inclusion in Google search results and displays the best reviews on the vet’s website.
Vet Reviews works from the Vet Help Direct vet practice directory, the third party impartiality reassures visitors that the reviews are real.
Vet Help Direct publishes all legitimate reviews, however each review is checked by a human: spam, malicious or reviews are removed and reviews are checked for signs of one person leaving multiple reviews.
In the unlikely event of a negative review the vet is given 5 days to respond before the review is published, this means the review is never displayed without the vets side of the story.
By building up a good set of reviews vets can feel untroubled by occasional negative reviews as visitors can easily put the reviews into context. This also applies to negative reviews left on Google and other third party sites, all these reviews will eventually be collated with the Vet Help Direct Vet Reviews by Google.
Vet Help Direct requests that its customers get in touch to arrange to have the Vet Review free upgrade. If your practice does not yet subscribe to VetHelp Direct, you can get in touch by emailing email@example.com or calling 0845 4961 204.
