How to offer optimum service to owners as well as their pets.Davies Veterinary Specialists (DVS), based in Higham Gobion on the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire borders, is running two lectures on April 26 and May 24. The lectures will be presented by Sarah Noyce of Inspyr, an ex-senior veterinary nurse who specialises in enhancing the communication and business skills of those working in the veterinary profession.
