VPMA /SPVS Congress will see a number of industry professionals debating the important topic of “maintaining standards in a changing world”.

Nick Stace to join big SPVS/VPMA Congress debate.

Congress will be held at Celtic Manor from January 22 to 24 and on January 23, Nick Stace, RCVS chief executive, will be among the panellists for the big debate.

The subject will be “how to maintain standards in a changing world” and will touch on the new RCVS practice standards and some of the challenges facing practice such as the shortage of qualified nurses and three to four-year qualified vets, and ever-increasing pressure to keep prices affordable.

He will be joined by Mark Welch, operations director of Companion Care/Vets4Pets; Judy Walker, chief executive of Easipetcare; and Matthew Flann, partner at Pennard Vets, a multi-branch independent practice in Kent.
