The RCVS Charitable Trust’s free symposium “The Sceptical Vet: Eminence or Evidence? Finding the best way forward for the veterinary profession” is being moved to a new venue due to a high demand for places.

New venue: Church House Conference Centre, Deans Yard, Westminster, London SW1P 3NZ.The symposium, which will see discussion on the development of evidence-based resources for the veterinary profession, was originally due to be held from 10.30am to 5.00pm on October 30, 2102 at Belgravia House.

However, more than 120 people have already registered to attend so, to ensure the trust can meet demand, the event will now be held at Church House Conference Centre, Deans Yard, Westminster, London SW1P 3NZ – just a few minutes walk from the original venue.

Trust director Cherry Bushell said: “The overwhelming response to this event is really exciting and we want to encourage all comers to take part in the discussion.

“Moving venue means we can accommodate all who have registered so far. There may be some more places now available for anyone who still wishes to attend but hasn’t registered so far.”
