Animal nutrition and husbandry product specialist Nettex has appointed bioveterinary science graduate Nia Williams as technical marketing manager to drive the development of products and provide technical support.

A 2008 bioveterinary science graduate from Harper Adams University College, Nia joins the business after four years working in the ruminant nutrition arena with a national feed compounder.
Nettex manufactures and supplies a wide range of animal nutrition and husbandry products. Known for its Collate cattle and sheep products (drenches, colostrum products, scour pastes, udder salves) in the ruminant market. Nettex is also active in the pet and equine sectors.
Commenting on what is a new appointment, commercial director Kevin Perry said the move heralded an exciting new era for Nettex.
He explained: “Nia’s appointment as a dedicated technical marketing manager is an extremely positive development for the business.
“Nia’s focus will be to drive the development of high quality nutrition, hygiene, treatment, identification and handling products, as well as provide technical support to the wider business and our merchant customers.”
