Howard B Seim III of Colorado State University to discuss a variety of subjects at this year’s event.
London Vet Show organisers have announced Howard B Seim III of Colorado State University is to be the headline speaker at this year’s event.
Dr Seim, a professor of small animal surgery, will discuss subjects including:
- Anal sacculectomy: a novel approach
- How to enhance your success rate in repairing diaphragmatic hernias
- A video guide to biopsying abdominal organs safely
- Surgical management of lower urinary tract obstructive disorders in cats – new approaches
Dr Seim graduated from Washington State University and completed an internship in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, before a two-year surgical residency at the Animal Medical Centre in New York City. In 1983, he became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. He is on the surgical staff at Colorado State University and is founder of VideoVet, a veterinary surgery continuing education video series.
