The College of Animal Welfare will be running a series of free Lecturer Open Evenings to help anyone who may be considering lecturing as a future career to decide if it is for them.

lectureKicking off at its Edinburgh centre on January 28, 2013 the evenings are set to answer questions such as “what is lecturing actually like?”, “how do I get into teaching?” and “is it really for me?”

The full list of dates is as follows:

Edinburgh centre – January 28
Leeds centre – February 19
Huntingdon centre – February 20
Potters Bar centre – February 21

Each evening starts at 6.30pm and will feature a presentation from college principal Barbara Cooper, followed by opportunities for one to one talks with current lecturing staff.
