The RWAF is to relaunch its vet membership category and will be opening its rabbit friendly vet list to non-members – all while preparing for Rabbit Interactive 2012, the association’s new “hands-on” style conference.
The Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund (RWAF) is relaunching its vet membership category, and has announced that it will be opening its rabbit friendly vet list to non-members – all while preparing for Rabbit Interactive 2012, the association’s new hands-on style conference.
In response to feedback from existing veterinary practice members, the RWAF will soon be relaunching its vet membership category.
The new package will include copies of the association’s brand new rabbit care guide, a free e-mail advice service from RWAF veterinary expert advisor Richard Saunders, quarterly updates and, of course, a copy of Rabbiting On magazine for your waiting room.
All of this for a tax-deductable £45 a year! Click here to join.
RABBIT INTERACTIVE 2012
September 2012 will see the first Rabbit Interactive, RWAF’s new “hands-on” style conference, which mixes traditional lectures with cutting edge masterclasses covering topics such as microscopy, dentistry and intubation.
Each delegate will be credited with 7 hours of CPD.
This highly respected conference is now in its 11th year and this new format takes it to a whole new level. The conference regularly sells out, so those wishing to attend are advised to book their places now.
Bookings must be received by August 17, 2012.
RABBIT FRIENDLY VET LIST
The RWAF maintains a list of veterinary practices that show an interest in rabbit medicine. Traditionally, RWAF members have used this list to find a good rabbit vet in their area – something that has often proved difficult.
However, in the interests of pairing rabbit owners with knowledgeable rabbit vets, the RWAF has decided to open this list to non-members.
To be included on this list, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for an application form.
