Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging has recruited an imaging expert to support veterinary hospitals throughout Asia Pacific.

Haifeng Liu: imaging expert has postgraduate diploma.

Adding to the British firm’s team of vets, engineers, physicists and science graduates, Haifeng Liu has joined staff as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) applications specialist to support veterinary hospitals throughout Asia Pacific and will play a key role in setting up the Australian office in Sydney.

Big impact

PetVet, a 1.5 tesla vet-specific MRI for companion animal practices, is the most recent product from the Hallmarq stable, while the company’s equine standing MRI has had a big impact on the way equine lameness is treated.

New recruit, Haifeng Liu, is a qualified radiographer with a postgraduate diploma in MRI.

Broaden horizons
