To help combat milk fever, Boehringer Ingelheim is offering a free stainless steel bolus applicator (worth £42.60/€59.39), with the first 1,000 Bovikalc multipacks sold in the UK and Eire after March 1, 2012.
Recognised as the most common mineral deficiency affecting transition cows, milk fever has a significant impact on the overall health of affected animals – even those showing no outward symptoms.
To help combat this costly, yet preventable disease, Boehringer Ingelheim is offering a free stainless steel bolus applicator – worth £42.60 / €59.39 (plus VAT) – with the first 1,000 Bovikalc multipacks sold in the UK and Eire after March 1, 2012.
The offer is open to farmers, vets and suppliers of Bovikalc and one free applicator will be provided for each Bovikalc multipack (6 x 4 boluses).
Farmers are required to apply for the free applicators through their veterinary surgeon or Bovikalc supplier. This offer is subject to terms and conditions, which can be downloaded from the Bovikalc website.
