Red Nose Day 2009 is upon us, and we at Vetsonline want to know if your practice staff have been up to anything weird or wacky to help raise funds for this fantastic charity event.

Fearne Cotton Red Nose Day 2009 has gone back to its roots and is simply asking people to “Do Something Funny for Money”. The mission is easy: just make sure that everyone is laughing whilst raising money to change the lives of disadvantaged people across the UK and Africa.

Lenny Henry explained: “I am so proud of the British public’s dedication and contribution to Comic Relief that I could dance naked in the Oval Office. I’d be allowed to now as well! Since Christmas Day in 1985, thanks to your generosity, Comic Relief has raised over half a billion pounds – I know, its huge-a-mungous, but as always we think we can do more! It’s easy just make sure you Do Something Funny for Money! Have a laugh doing it too and raise loads of cash, money that will help change thousands of lives both in Africa and in the UK.”
