A series of practical advanced practitioner workshops are available to cattle vets from BCVA.

The workshops will focus on bovine lameness and sit alongside the successful foundation modular and masterclass courses as part of the new BCVA development CPD programme.

The BCVA Advanced Practitioner courses aim to provide practical tuition and support to vets working towards their CertAVP (cattle), as well as offering high quality, independent CPD for all advanced cattle practitioners.

Topics include risk factors for lameness, interaction between nutrition and lameness, and infections and non-infectious causes.
The workshops will take place on July 23 and 24 2014 at the University of Nottingham, School of Veterinary Medicine, with places costing £358.80 including VAT.
