Jon Hardy

Jon Hardy biogJon Hardy, MA, VetMB, MVM, DipECVD, MRCVS, graduated from the University of Cambridge Department of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. He spent a number of years working in small animal practice in Surrey and charity hospitals in the West Midlands, where he developed a keen interest in dermatology.
In 2009, he was selected as a junior clinical training scholar (intern) in small animal studies at the RVC and this was followed by a three-year residency in veterinary dermatology at the same institution. He gained the European Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology in 2014.
Jon is interested in all aspects of dermatology and enjoys the challenges associated with managing patients with skin disease. He is particularly interested in ear problems, as well as parasitic and allergic skin diseases, and undertook a study on food allergy during his residency training. Jon is delighted to be part of the specialist team at Willows, providing a multi-disciplinary approach and the highest standards of support and care for patients, owners and referring vets.
