Gayle Hallowell biogGayle Hallowell, MA, VetMB, PhD, CertVA, DipACVIM, DipACVECC, PFHEA, MRCVS, graduated from the University of Cambridge, then completed a rotating internship, followed by a large animal internal medicine and critical care residency at the RVC. She then completed a PhD investigating aortic valve prolapse at The University of Nottingham.
Gayle is a professor in veterinary internal medicine and critical care, a US specialist in large animal internal medicine, and large animal emergency and critical care, and associate diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging.
Her main interests are large animal cardiology, gastroenterology, imaging, and emergency and critical care.
