topic dermatitis is a common problem in small animal practice, and will be encountered on a daily basis. Whilst affected animals normally remain systemically well, the disease can be very frustrating and often significantly affects the quality of life of the pet and its owner. As the disease is lifelong, management can also be associated with significant expense.
This forum will review the diagnostic steps to take in order to make a confident diagnosis of this disease in the dog and cat. It will also update delegates on the many different management strategies available for both species. The forum will also utilise an interactive voting system for audience participation.
