About this course
This is a full day course on handling, husbandry, nutrition, common diseases and other reptile issues.
Reptiles are becoming increasingly popular pets. This course is aimed at student and qualified veterinary nurses who wish to expand and update their knowledge of the more common reptiles, for example, geckos, bearded dragons, corn snakes.
The day will include handling techniques (theory only), husbandry, aspects of nutrition, common illnesses and anaesthesia within a referral practice setting.
Iain Cope is a qualified veterinary surgeon with extensive experience in exotic medicine, and has lectured and written about exotic medicine many times.
